I think the basic outline looks good, but for my snowmobile racing  
team, we had a similar set up with sponsorship and donations (gold,  
bronze, silver, etc) and were negatively recieved.  Many of my  
sponsors wanted to help in some way, but not at the maximum and didnt  
like having the title "silver" because they felt it diminished their  
appreciation.  I think if we named the sponsor levels something that  
they were helping us with, for example "EWB Vermont vull club  
sponsorship, EWB nicaragua sponsorship, EWB site assesment  
sponsorship, etc.  Let me know what you think.
