Nova Southeastern University has a general Bachelor degree in Health  
Science which was designed for allied health professions where  
terminal degree did not exist. The degree is geared toward bringing a  
general education in health science with courses in ethics, cultural  
differences, epidemiology, health care organization. The format has  
allowed for many professionals to come together and shared their  
experiences, goals, roles and perspectives. The program is very  
flexible since it is entirely online.

The sonography program at NSU is for new trainees only so far and is a  
mix of online and on campus courses.
