Wonderful news!!

Employment is now considered a valued AHS outcome! As Cindy states, "nothing is more important for the long term success of the Vermonters we serve than increasing their employability and supporting them in securing meaningful employment."

Such commitment on behalf of the Secretary is extremely beneficial and necessary for the individuals with whom we work and for the field of Supported Employment.

The attached memo was sent to everyone at the Agency of Human Services by Cindy LaWare, the Secretary of AHS. You may have already seen it, but if not it is definitely worth reading.
