Hi Eric,
You can pay for a static ip address and be upgraded to the business account. We have this setup at 2 of our schools. We have point-to-point vpn connections over them. It works pretty well. It costs $30 or $40 dollars a month for our service. Your best bet is to go into the local office and talk with them in person. I went to the South Burlington office.
