Were someone to do a survey of people who were _not_  fat (and not
anorexic either), I suspect the overwhelming proportion of them would
say that they made no effort to stay slim! That is certainly true in my
own case; I have never been overweight, even while taking
anti-depresants, and when I stopped taking them a year ago I began to
lose weight steadily while eating as I please -- as I always have for
over 70 years.
