It's hard to tell. It's important to hit the deadlines, have good
sponsors, some interesting speakers and relevance to the theme of the
conference and the tracks. I imagine that the evaluators will want to
see some scientific merit to the session. The conference planners are
always interested in sessions which will bring in people.
The radical politics are the wildcard, of course.
