On Sunday, Don Clark alerted me to a pair of Virginia Rails hanging
out in the Allen Bros. Marsh. After several days of trying to spot
them, I finally got a look at one this afternoon, just as I was
getting ready to leave. I hung out for another 20 minutes or so and
was able to get a few pictures. None of them are perfect, but this
one's not bad:
