I've had a number of problems ordering parts from Thermo. We end up
going through tech support to get the items listed in the database, so
we can place the order.
And if get furnaces from Thermo, you may want to check them with a
multimeter first. You don't even have to completely unwrap them if you
can see the terminal block through the plastic. Don't forget to check
both the furnace and thermocouple.
p.s. IVA has glassy C tubes for liquid injections--extra long and with a
small opening at the top
