Sunday mornings check of Brilyea had abundant Killdeer, Additional species
seen from last Sunday were two Semipalmated Plovers. There was one also at
McCuen Slang ( south of Champlain Bridge). The water is lower at Brilyea
but you still need to hike the right side pathway back to the mud flats.
The impoundment at the causeway is still knee deep on the Great Blue Herons.
