On Mt Philo Sat 10:30 - 1200 and nothing but local ravens, bluejays, pileated woodpeckers, chickadees, etc see by me despite the NW winds.  Lovely view and day though.  
 
You might give Charlotte Beach a passby to see if anyone is there and counting.
