Hi EWB members -

   We will be holding a meeting on Sunday at 8:30 in Votey 250.  Kelly  
is working on a cover letter and Nathan & I have a word document with  
information on the banquet, speaker, and kayak.  On Sunday we will be  
printing out letter/information packets to mail out on monday morning.  
  Sharon from the dean's office is providing us with stationary and  
postage. (big thanks!) Ryan has compiled a list of companies and  
engineers within the community to mail the letters to.
   On Monday we will be meeting in Votey 105 and going over paperwork  
for our two projects.  It will be nice to have that room to put the  
paperwork on the projector screen and discuss it as we fill it out.
