   Attached to this email is an application for a project in Honduras  
with environmental and health impacts in panela producing communities.  
  The student chapter of EWB-University of Vermont will be mentored by  
our technical lead, Peter DeGraff, the professional EWB chapter of  
Vermont, and a Professor from the University of Vermont in the  
Community Development and Applied Economics department who has been  
working with these communities for 7 years.
