Interesting record and I hope that someone can refind this bird. Word of
caution, though: the "nice black face mask" is strange. Neither semi-p
nor ringed has that feature at this time of year (so far as I am aware),
they both are brown.
The important features (if anyone is lucky enough to get in front of
this bird) are the call, the pattern with which the loral strip meets
the gape, and, of course, the presence or lack of palmate toes.
