We have 8-5 service on our dual language voicemail system (Intuit Audi)
They took 10 days to repair it ..
Wrong parts, late tech, poor support... just a nightmare...
OK - I think I will pass on the phones, but thx anyway!

Subject: Re: Analog phones up for grabs...
I'm sorry for the delay in my response. I only check the school-IT
list once a week. The analog phones are Premier (beige) telephones
with a flash button, and a ring light. The desk top phones are Premier
250044-MBA-27F-CH, and the wall phones are Premier 255444-MBA-27F-H. I
believe the phone light could stay on if there was a message waiting,
depending on the phone system. We had a Panasonic DBS system without
voice mail so I cannot confirm.
As for our brand new telephone system ------- we are using Avaya! What
are the problems you are having? So far, we love the system.
