The sharp tip of the Sanford Noblot doesn't bother patients?

I've currently relegated myself to using the emptied-out body of a plain Bic
pen, with the edges lightly sanded down for "comfort". Like there's a lot
of comfort to be had when someone's mashing a piece of plastic into your
skin. It works until I can get all my gel wiped up though, I'll give it that.
