We have a tiered call system, $3 per hour for the first 40 hrs in a pay 
period, $4 for the next 40, $5 for 80-120, and $6 for any hours over 120. 
We get 2 hours for each study at time and a half.  We also get called in 
for spider bites, spider veins... dizziness
