I do not work with/for phlebologists and so have found that most of my
Reflux exams have been an Insurance Hurdle the pt need to pass for funding.
My docs have not asked for location or grading of perforators. 

I wonder if PURPOSE for exam (who is going to use the info.... apparently
the pt already has demonstrated variosities....?) had any influence on
criteria..

just thinking out loud

Also wondering who develops or approves your protocols. Who reads your
studies. etc
