Join the Green Mountain Audubon society for its first field trip of
2008-Waterfowl and Eagles on Lake Champlain. We plan to meet at the Shelburne Bay
boat access on Bay Road at 10 A.M. Dress warmly.The Bay has turned up some
interesting birds in the past few weeks, including Canvasbacks, Bald Eagles,
Common Loons, and an errant Snow Goose in addition to the "usuals". Hopefully with
the Spring-like weather these birds will stay put. This field trip is free
