This afternoon, as the snow was lessening a bit and we were out cleaning our vehicles, a single kingfisher came rattling up the road and directly overhead. Probably same bird seen past couple of weeks along Ayers Brook near intersection of Route 12 and Peth Road in Randolph. An interesting bird to start the new year.
