I was at Shelburne Point at 10:50am. There were 2 Harlequins on the south
side of the cove, and they were in close. The lighting wasn't great until they
swam across the cove and ended up on the north side. I got really good looks
at them, and watched them until 11:23am. On my way home, I phoned T.
Murin to tell him what I had seen. I knew that one of them was an adult
drake. The other one was less obvious to me. I described to him what I had
seen and he told me that this description fits a first winter male. Thank you
