These are being used on-campus, right? Where are they being used?
In the event that they are being used in a Netreg subnet, can you send
me (off-list) the MAC address of the machine that's not working? I
wonder if the machine's registration might have expired, and as a result
it can't contact KMS. Just a thought.
If they're being used off-campus, they'll have to bring them back to
campus to have them contact KMS. You can't use the VPN client when
running in "reduced functionality" mode.
