What on the tax bills would not be available in the Tax Book? It seems to me
that copying the actual bills would release the barcodes and in some obscure
way possibly open the field for identity theft.

Printing or copying them would definitely be
chargeable. More than 1/2 hour and lots of paper and toner. Miki,

You can check with
your town attorney, but the tax bills are public record so I don’t think you
can deny the request.

Copies of tax bills
I have a local attorney who has
requested a copy of all Moretown tax bills. Should I ask our town
attorney before filling this request?
Thanks,
