In my opinion, we owe Gov. Jim Douglas a thank you for vetoing the instant
run-off voting bill that was passed by the legislature.  I would encourage
those who agree to ask their legislators to uphold the Governor's veto.  I
have already talked to the Bennington representatives and believe that they
will do so.
