This evening along the rr tracks by Broad Brook in Guilford/ Vernon I came
across two pockets of warblers;the first consisted of ~12 myrtle warblers, and
the second had ~15 myrtles and 3 eastern palms.Also observed - 1 northern
waterthrush,1 blue-gray gnatcatcher, 1 r-c kinglet, 1 r-b woodpecker, 1
cooper's hawk carrying some kind of prey, and 1 red-tailed hawk perched in a
tree.
