This morning Carol heard a grosbeak calling and shortly after she found a male 
Evening Grosbeak in the yard. Our first in over two years. Out back for the 
last few days we have been having a Black Bird Festival. There has been 
about 50+ Redwings, Grackles and cowbirds letting us know that spring has 
arrived and I have to admit that it is fun hearing that many birds all singing at 
once.
