Hi,

This afternoon at 3:30 PM there was a NORTHERN SHRIKE working the  
fields on both sides of Essex Way in Essex Junction, about 1 block  
north of the Inn at Essex.  A flock of about 50 BOHEMIAN WAXWINGS was  
working the neighborhood just south of the inn.
