4/17 Trip N checking flooded areas along Otter Ck W Rutland to Proctor to Brandon to Leicester Jct to Salibury. Rt 73 out of Brandon closed! Have been noticing a marked decline in the usual ubiquitous Mallad. Disappointingly few ducks overall. BOLD are 1st of season for me.
