Partridges just across the lake....

Jim Mead and I took a ride today and tried unsuccessfully to locate the
birds. Unfortunately, we had a harrier buzzing the fields in question, so it
was no wonder they were not out in the open. If anyone ventures out for the
birds, I encourage you to post your findings........
Also, Monty and Mooney Bays are still completely socked in with ice.
However, the fields north of Chazy Landing are full of Canadas and Snows.
