I'm still in South Korea, but I will be back in 3 weeks. I wasn't sure if anyone did this
yet, but I signed us up for the Fall activities fair (will look up date later) and for the First
year BBQ during Orientation weekend. If anyone is around during the BBQ on Aug 30th I
would love help to man the table, and maybe a little demo if we can pull it off.
I hope this semester went well, from the emails I've been getting (or sometimes lack of)
I've been a little concerned. But if the club has hit a little slump I'm sure it isn't that bad
where we can recover and improve as much as we did this year. I was also thinking we
should do a group activity near the very beginning of the year to attract new people and
to build cohesion, and to assign roles. I would like it to be less of a meeting and more of
a fun thing. I will solidify these ideas when I actually return and appreciate everything
you guys did this year to make the club work, especially in my absence.
I know the scheduling was rough, but I hope some of you were able to get to Montreal to
at least see the tests. It's a big seminar and always worth going to. Thanks again.
PS. I highly recommend studying abroad anywhere so fit it in. ^.^
