The UVM Listserv system allows subscribers to maintain their own 
subscription list.

If you go to http://list.uvm.edu/archives/blogging.html, the "Join or 
Leave BLOGGING" link will lead you through the process. (Note, you have 
to signoff using the same email address you are registered with. 
Normally this is either [log in to unmask] or [log in to unmask])

Note ... signing off the list will not remove your blog from the UVM 
blogging system.
