I've been trying to change the color scheme of my blog using Style Changer,
but every time I try I'm given an error message saying that "StyleCatcher
must first be configured system-wide before it can be used" -- this despite
the fact that Style Changer is listed as one of the enabled system plug-ins.
I can't seem to find any further information about configuring Style Changer.
