I've had a different experience - lots of veerys, some hermit  

thrushes but not a single wood thrush yet. I miss their beautiful song.



I haven't noticed relative quiet this spring, or a reduction in  

species. (This morning, the Audubon walk at Mills Riverside Park  

yielded well over thirty species.)
