I'm always amazed at the number of good birds that turn up in little patches
of habitat. This afternoon I took a walk through the Technology Park
grasslands and wetlands and flushed 2 Savannah Sparrows, a Killdeer, and a Wilson's
Snipe, among the usuals.
At the Muddy Brook Marsh in South Burlington I spotted a handsome, male GW
Teal, an American Kestrel, and an Eastern Kingbird (FOY for me) among others.
