In Williamstown we need to put out for bid our Cemetery Maintenance. We
are looking for Towns that hires outside persons to work under a
contract for the upkeep of their cemeteries. We need some ideas for
creating the Specifications for contractors to bid on. I hope this
makes sense as I am having a hard time wording this correctly.
