We have been getting their laptops since they took over from IBM.
Only one call, I think. They had a knowledgeable phone-person, and sent
our part quickly.
Good ratings by Consumer Reports.
We have NOT had as good luck with Gateway laptops.
Website for IBM & now them has pretty complete tech support info and
drivers, not like some.
