I saw one several days ago at the southern end of Snake
Mountain. There is a small road that goes kind of east-west
across the southern end of the mountain. Somewhat to the
west side of the mountain there is a parking area off the road (northern
side) and a trail-head. There's a sign there from one of the VT outdoor

much of the morning.
