You can google the menu for AS200 autosampler and take a look at the trouble shooting section. Did Jess finish her samples? Try to change the syringe. It seems to me the problem is in the plunger. Check to see if there are any loose screws, and if necessary, re-assemble the plunger parts. You can also email the company directly to ask. The company is now making the autosampler used for Jessica Whiteside's GC downstairs. You can find them easily on the web.
We are assemble everything today for going out to the field tomorrow. It is beautiful sunshine here. How is Providence?
Did you get your salary letter?

We are having a problem in our AS200 autosampler. It basically stops in between injections (after 3-5 injections in a sequence) with the following error message: "Plunger down switch not detected" . We had the same problem while ago (1-2 years), but it just disappeared after rebooting it. This time I already try to reboot the autosampler as well as change the syringe. No luck. Does anyone had similar problem in the past? If so, how did you fix it?
