Hi Tim,
I'm not sure if you've moved on with you water storage issue or not,
but last night, while falling asleep, I remembered that when I used to
work in a salmon hatchery in Alaska we used UV light to sterilize our
water inflow. Maybe it's a good solution for this app as well.
