A quick little side trip to Dead Creek to check on Snow geese and the 
Shoreham mud flats produced the following:

Dead Creek goose viewing area,
Snow Geese   500  give or take,  all out at small pond hard to see well
Canada Geese  15
Northern Harrier  3
Great Blue Heron 2
Black Duck  4
Bald Eagle   1 adult flying up the Dead creek
Mallard 3

Shoreham mud flat:
Pectoral Sandpiper  1  juv  nice views
Killdeer  17
Least Sandpiper  1

Earlier driving up  Rt 30 we had a adult male(Gray coloring) Northern Herrier 
working afield about 6 to 8 feet of the ground
