Sue:

I know Gary is out today so am wondering if you could share this with
the appropriate parties in Extension.

For 19 Roosevelt Highway occupants (106 HPC occupants may disregard):

You’ll have a little reprieve today as work is temporarily on hold
waiting for new ductwork from the fabrication shop. Work should resume
tomorrow, with more than half of their work day falling outside of your
work hours. I’ll get more specifics from the job superintendent later
today.

All existing ductwork has been cleaned. All units are on the roof and
sitting over their new mounts. The first new unit should be connected
and running by the end of this week, with the others soon to follow. The
concrete floors have been cut to allow the new ducts to run from the
roof to your respective areas. So in layman’s terms, the heavy lifting
is done!

In the next couple weeks, the lobby upgrades will begin. But the end
result will be worth the inconvenience! Thanks for your patience!

Please feel free to communicate with us as the process winds down, if
you have questions or concerns.

Jay Morris
