Emily fought to revise the new policy put in place two weeks ago.  She  
asked for the policy to be active for the future now that everyone  
knows it.  Since she made an effort to attend the meeting to apologize  
to the group, she asked that the policy be in affect as of now,  
becuase the situation occured before the policy was decided.
Present members held an anonymous written vote for Emily's situation.   
Outcome: NOT have to pay back $20 attendance fee to MENC chapter.
Next week's meeting we will vote on Sasha's situation.  Therefore  
Sasha has the week if she would like to make a claim to her case, to  
approach anyone in private -- as she is unable to attend either of our  
meeting times.  Or, if she would like, she can give permission for  
Abby to read a written claim by Sasha to her case during the meeting  
before the vote is held.

New raking opportunity at Levis' Neighbors'
Tentatively scheduled for Thursday morning, but must be pushed back to  
sometime this coming weekend because of rain.  Melissa knows the  
people who volunteered to participate, and will contact them to  
reschedule a day/time.

We made a phone list of all member's numbers.  I have everyone's  
except Holly, Rachael, and Talan's.  If you three would like to be on  
the list, please email me your numbers.

Abby went to speak with the UVM Bookstore manager about the BuyBack  
fundraiser, but he was not there.  She will try again very soon.

Grace volunteered to write to Prof Neiweem asking him for $160 for the  
16 pumpkins we carved for the Halloween concert.

IMPORTANT!!!  We need to have a definite YES or a definite NO by all  
members as to whether or not you plan to attend the RI Convention or  
not BY THE MEETING AFTER BREAK.  The conference runs March 12-15 (the  
last couple days of Spring Break), but we will probably attend the  
12th-14th, as the last day is usually composed of ticketed  
performances only.

Next meeting Wednesday, Nov 19, 6pm: We will discuss logistics for  
getting to/from the RI Convention (for those coming from Burlington  
vs. those coming from home closer to Rhode Island)
