Leif K-Brooks,
You are more than welcome to join in on the cross-fire of craziness
that is the Computer Science Student Association list serve.
Unfortunately, not much will be happening in the next few weeks. Most
of us are just wrapping up with finals and are headed off on winter
break. Granted we will still check our emails and fire out references
to awesome articles as we encounter them -- I just wouldn't expect too
much in the way of activity planning over break. That said, if you
have any specific questions, don't hesitate to shoot them out over yee
old list serve. We'll get back to you as soon as we can! On behalf of
the other UVM/CSSA hackers, I'm glad your considering UVM -- we have a
fairly small (but strong) CS department and are always looking for
talented hackers to join our ranks. I hope you will decide to visit
UVM next semester (when us kids are back in class). We'd be glad to
talk to you (student to student) and answer any questions you might
have about the CS program at UVM -- or even give you a tour of the
CSSA's personal hacking lab. Hope to hear back from you soon. Until
then, cheers and 'hack' a wonderful holiday break.
Sincerely,
- Michael E. Karpeles
