Hey all,
http://www.ted.com/index.php/talks/kwabena_boahen_on_a_computer_that_works_like_the_brain.html
I found a pretty high level talk about a the difficulties of modeling
computers after the brain (bottlenecks in imperative designs versus
functional network implementations). Obviously this is nothing all
that new... Most trends suggest we should be switching to languages
that are optimized to solve problems in a parallel manner but I still
think the talk has some really interesting points. Hope you enjoy.
Sincerely,
