That is expected behavior. You are seeing two different things in the
NotifyLink inbox. Let me explain.
When you schedule an event in Oracle with or without multiple dates, it
gives you the option to be emailed about it. You can say yes or no to
sending an email (actually ok or cancel), and then you and any other
people invited to the meeting(s) will get one email with all the dates.
There is also an option in the NotifyLink setup for BlackBerry users to
"Send meeting invitation messages to device." This will send a separate
message for each occurrence of a meeting. This then allows the user to
accept of decline the meeting from their BlackBerry. Also note worthy
is that these message only go to the BlackBerry, and not to the users
email inbox.
I was turning this on for most users originally, however I've decided to
turn it off for new users. If a users doesn't like this option, they
can contact me and I'll turn it off for them.
