Securing the mobile carts (ie: scrambling the padlocks), cords neatly  
stowed, batteries charged, etc.  was a topic of discussion at a staff  
meeting afgter we had the same problem. Everyone agreed that they want  
the carts easily accessible. Thus they agreed to be more responsible.  
No problems since. Yea staff!
