You should have received an email from adobe with info on how to access
the CLP site where all your product keys and some downloads are
available to you. It should have come from Adobe Licensing
[[log in to unmask]].
Your volume licenses will show up there, at least ours do.

Subject: Adobe licensing, registration question
Whiting School recently purchased licenses under the Adobe CLP 4.5
agreement. Our local tech at Whiting tried installing PhotoShop Elements
Premiere Elements but was unable to locate the product key - the
said it was located on the CD case but she was not able to locate it. Is
there a separate activation process for these licenses - something like
Microsoft VLA licenses that requires a phone call for the product key?
so, would someone pass along the info: who to contact, phone #.. ?
Thanks very much,
Technical Support, RNESU
