Welcome back everyone!
I hope you all had a fun and relaxing holiday break, and are back and
excited for another semester.
We will be having our first Engineers Without Borders meeting of the
semester this Wednesday, 1/14/09, at 7pm in Votey (the usual; either
254 or 207 if we can get it). As this will be the first meeting of the
new year, dues of $5 dollars per member will be expected, and our new
active member guidelines will be going into place. We will be
reviewing this briefly at the start of our meeting as well as
discussing a new water project in the community of Jardines in
Honduras that we will also soon begin working on. Then of course there
will be time to work in your oven groups, so be sure to come prepared
for that.
I look forward to seeing all of you back! Good luck with the start of
the semester until then! If you have any questions before then, feel
free to email me!
Abby
