Don,
Here's something interesting-- I just did a patient with a 80-90%
He was large, breathing movements, ect.
Diving vessel. There was no way I was going to get a 60 on this guy--
So I got the "correct " velocity and then just for grins and giggles
Turned the color box straight up and down and got a velocity at 60--
Guess what-- my 404/110 went to 286/80!
I think it is the color box with the 60 angle.
Oh by the way-- the true angle of the flow was 54 degrees for the
stenosis
With the color box angled.
Just thought that was interesting as I just had the patient on the table
after reading a few comments.
