Well said Ann Marie.  As much as I would love to streamline our workflow, we 
need to do what is most beneficial to the patient.  This is especially true in 
the renal population who cannot run the risk of "toasting their kidneys".  If the 
PVR/SLP study is positive, the duplex is justified and we usually have not had 
a problem with reimbursement of both exams being performed on the same visit.
