Hey everyone,
Have you had any luck with 8.10 connecting to UVM? I've spent a while
today working through the instructions in those threads and nothing has
been working for me.
This solution, though, I doubt I've been doing correctly...
in gconf-editor : system>networking>connections>1>802-11-wireless-security.
Current :
Code:
group [wep40,wep104,tkip,ccmp]
key-mgmt wpa-psk
name 802-11-wireless-security
pairwise [tkip,ccmp]
proto [wpa,rsn]
Edit to look like : (what forum says to do)
Code:
group [tkip]
key-mgmt wpa-psk
name 802-11-wireless-security
pairwise [tkip]
proto [wpa]
I'm assuming tkip and psk are not the parameters that our wireless
network will take...any insight on what I should be setting there or any
updates on anything you have gotten to work?
Thanks!
